Dear residents, earlier in the year we were forced to postpone the AGM due to COVID19 restrictions. With the pandemic continuing, we took the decision to keep the new date (3pm on Sunday 4th of October) and convert from our normal face-to-face format to an online conference bridge format. Notices were sent out last month, and for convenience the link for the Zoom bridge is included here:

Paper copies of the Accounts and Directors Report were delivered with the original invite and we have collated all the questions asked since the original invite and the more recent reminder.

1) Grass and weeds are present at many locations of road and kerb abutment that give an very unkept appearance that should be removed.
2) What is the total cost of unpaid road charge and are any of those multiple defaulters and what is the total of each?
