On Monday 5th October 20 Chalk Road will not be passable at Kelsey Hall due to drainage works that will require the full width of the road to be excavated. There will be a road closure notice placed at the junction of Plaistow Road and Chalk Road with access only for residents that live on Chalk Road up to Kelsey Hall. All other residents of Chalk Road will need to access their properties via The Drive. Apologies, for any inconvenience caused.

Hi. Was there any conversation with the council about this as the green bins along Chalk Road do not seem to have been emptied today I assume because of the road closure.
