IFOLD Estates Ltd. advises that weather permitting, works to improve road surfaces are set to take place Tuesday, 18th – Wednesday, 19th August. Surface dressing roads ensures that residents don’t incur the high cost of long term damage to the road surface and foundations.

Contractors, Hazell and Jefferies, will carry out these works and display signed diversion routes as required. The tar and chip plant is quite wide so it will cause some inconvenience. On wider road sections it’s expected the contractor will treat half of the road allowing traffic to pass on the other half. Unfortunately as Ifold roads are very narrow in many places restricted traffic flow is inevitable during the works. In the event of an emergency please ask the contractor to take the necessary steps to allow vehicles to pass.
