Advance notice that you will be receiving the 2026 Estate Access and Maintenance Invoice in the post over the next week, it has been agreed to streamline the way invoices are processed going forward to minimise admin & postal costs. From this year any payment received after the due date of 31st May 2026 will receive a final reminder with an additional £40 administration charge added to the invoice for late payment, this charge will cover the administration & postal costs incurred in sending out the final reminders, so residents who pay promptly are not penalised.
