The works for the whole of Ifold Estates Limited’s roads are planned to be completed over five days on 1st , 2nd , 7th, 8th & 9th of April (weather permitting), the first two days are for preparation including sweeping of the roads and patching various locations and the remainder for tar & chip surfacing. The disruption on each individual road will be limited to a few hours, and we will provide further communications via our website (and Facebook) as the timings are firmed up.

We respectfully ask that residents make efforts to plan around the disruption on these dates by avoiding deliveries or parking on the roads and also help us by letting us know of any issues in advance.
The remaining stone chips will be swept away and white line markings reinstated likely w/c 13th April. Our contractor has advised that for the best result we should avoid large vehicles utilising the roads for the week following the resurfacing, so up to 16th April effectively.
