The IEL Board would like to thank all residents who have paid their estate maintenance invoice on time, however there are over one quarter of residents who have still yet to pay. Invoices were sent out via Royal Mail at the end of April and the due date was 31^st May 21. Please pay without undue delay to avoid the £20 late payment fee and also to lessen the administrative burden of having to send out reminders. Thank you in advance.
