Notification of the intended change of use of an agricultural barn to B8 (storage) use.
Oxoncroft has submitted a new planning ‘notification‘ of change of use to B8 under permitted development, focusing on the small pole barn on the site. For IEL, all the previously stated concerns remain valid as they relate to safety of residents and damage to the private roads caused by the large vehicles & plant machinery associated with this forestry business.
The objections to the original application were overwhelming. IEL will be copy & pasting our comments from the original application across to the new notification to ensure that the new case officer has full visibility. We would recommend that residents do the same.
