This is a gentle reminder to all residents that have as yet not paid the 2019 Estate Maintenance Invoice, it is due to be paid by 31st May 19. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a £20 administration charge being added to the final reminder invoice.

Please can you clarify the due date for this payment? Although it states 31st May above, We received a hard copy letter dated 20th May which states 30th June?

I have just received your email regarding payment of fees. I am on holiday until June so will not be able to pay until then. I will not be paying a fee for late payment. Pat Fulk

Dear Resident,
The invoices were delivered on and around 19th April 19 so allowing 6 weeks to pay. IEL is run by volunteer directors and a part time paid administrator and having to send out reminder invoices and posting around the Estate as you can imagine takes time and money. This year the Board felt that it was unfair that this cost should be endured by residents who pay on time hence the administration fee.
