This is a gentle reminder to all residents that there is a 20mph speed limit on the roads in Ifold Estate, please could all drivers ensure that they do not exceed this limit as there have been a number of complaints about speeding motorists on the estate roads.

To be specific, these are not roads, they are public footpaths or bridleways and as such pedestrians and horses have the right of way over vehicles.
It would be helpful if Ifold Estates put a notice to this effect at the entrance of the the estate and also implemented the speed restriction mechanisms which were approved by WSCC when the 20 MPH Zone was approved several years ago.
