As part of our continued efforts to ensure that all residents contribute to the maintenance of the roads in Ifold,  we will be sending out 2nd and final reminder letters next week to all those residents who have not paid the 2016 road charge which was due on 30/6/16 for £215. If full payment is not received by 19/9/16, Ifold Estates Ltd will initiate legal action against those who have not paid.
